Who we are
Independence is structural, not rhetorical.
ISEET — I See for Information Technology — was established in Amman in 2018. We are an independent digital transformation consultancy working across health, development, and public sector programs, from Jordan and Iraq to multi-country assignments spanning the MENA region and beyond.
We hold no reseller agreements, take no license margins, and are tied to no vendor’s platform. When we advise on what a system should be, the advice is not shaped by what we would later like to sell. And where we serve as independent technical supervisor or quality assurance authority on a program, we do not bid on its implementation — a rule we state publicly and hold without exception.
Our work runs the full arc of a program: needs assessment and strategy, solution design, engineering and interoperability, independent supervision, monitoring and evaluation, and the capacity building that lets institutions own what they operate. The conviction underneath all of it is simple — a well-designed system reduces implementation risk more than any technology choice — and it is why our tagline is a working method, not a slogan: Design Before Build.
